BABA SHREE MAHESH
A wandering monk
‘Baba’ or Sadhus are India’s Hindu holy men, literally wandering monks. They are, in the main, “yogis” – practitioners of meditation dedicated to attaining the fourth and final stage of life – the liberation of their souls.
Baba Shree Mahesh comes under the same tradition of monks deeply rooted with spiritual faith and follows the Vedic lifestyle which comes from Vedas (source of true knowledge or wisdom). The simple life with substantial satisfaction in simple things with divine thinking, the real wealth within.
Baba has decodes many secrets of Vedic life and its practical approach, sharing with his son Ram Gupta, giving all his wisdom and experiences, enabling him to teach this science of health, healing and well-being for the people of the modern era.
RAM GUPTA
Meditation Master & Sr. Trainer
Ram Gupta completed his first professional Yoga Education from Kaivalyadhama, India in 1992 and after having degree in Nature cure Science and Master degree in Yoga and Meditation; he had been heading Yoga wellness department at “Chandra College for Yoga and Naturopathy”, New Delhi, “Ananda in the Himalayas” Rishikesh, “Jindal Naturecure Institute” Bangalore in India and also delivered treats, workshops and Teaching training courses in worldwide destinations including India, Germany, France, Mauritius, and China etc. His teaching style originates from his years of study, training, and self-practice in many different Yoga and Meditation styles. He has a talent for directing people deeper into their own experience. The simple routines and hands-on solutions he gives people to progress their practice, improve their health-wellness and make them feel positive and happier in their daily life, work for all who follow the practices.
SADHAK KAUSHAL
Meditation Teacher
Sadhak Kaushal belongs from North- East India, near the land of Goddess, Sita. From childhood, he was interested in devotional and traditional activities like- singing, chanting and in spiritual activities. His grandfather is a great scholar of Sanskrit (Vedas) and all family members are professionally working as priests and such environments helped him to develop Vedic and Spiritual wisdom.
After graduation, he moved to Rishikesh in 2013 and started his spiritual and singing practices in Swami Shivananda Ashram and in other holy places of India. He has done the several Yoga and Meditation courses, spiritual workshops and Singing courses. He is completely dedicated for Sadhana. He has been working as a Mantra, Meditation and Pranayama teacher for the last 10 years in Rishikesh. His passion lies in following the yogic and spiritual discipline for self-development. He is well known among our students for his simplicity, sincerity and helping them in learning and practicing meditation in a joyful manner.
PANDIT GANESH SHASTRI
Vedic Lifestyle Teacher
Pandit Ganesh Shastri belongs to Hindu Brahmin Family, known well for living under Vedic Lifestyle passed through their ancestors.
He is a priest, a student of Sanskrit grammar and an astrologer, practicing all this for last more than 25 years. As with all aspects of Vedic teachings, everything is interwoven and everything compliments everything else. The knowledge you receive from Ganesh Shastri supports your meditation practice and allows you to live a happy, healthy, and harmonious life.
YOGI KIRTI TOMAR
Visiting Teacher
Tomar had a master’s degree in physical education and then completed a PG diploma in yoga from Kaivalyadhama, Lonavala India in 1993. He is sharing his experience of yoga in all its various forms with global students including India. His knowledge of Hatha, Ashtanga, Tantra, Kundalini Yoga and Vedanta has been deepened by the guidance of many Indian spiritual teachers. At Present he is working with children at DOON SCHOOL Dehradun.
Believing that being fully conscious of every aspect of the body in a pose prevents chatter in the mind creating focus and presence, Tomar loves guiding people to take responsibility for their own learning, development and healing so they can become more open to the possibilities of positive physical, mental and spiritual transformations.
RAJNEE GUPTA
Kitchen Incharge
Rajnee carries a Master’s degree in “Science of living, yoga, and meditation” and also holds a certificate in Ayurveda and Health conservation from Haridwar university. She has been working for more than ten years with ‘Krishandutt yoga and Naturopathy’ center, Delhi to plan diet for their in-house patient, now has been given the charge of the kitchen at Shree Mahesh Heritage for meditation students.
Food in India include a variety of spices grown across the Indian subcontinent Spices are used in different forms – whole, chopped, ground, roasted and fried. They blend food to extract the nutrients and bind them in a palatable form. Rajnee loves cooking and can prepare delicious dishes without losing the natural property of the food. She has good knowledge of Ayurveda plants and herbs and applies skillfully her knowledge while preparing natural drinks and food for sick and healthy people as well. Thoughtful and very caring towards our students and practitioners, she loves to make them understand, feel and experience food associated with traditional culture and day to day life.
She is simple, efficient, thoughtful and very caring towards our students and makes them familiar with all those Indian ayurvedic spices and herbs being used while cooking the food.
The food is cooked under her supervision is fabulous and works for all sorts of people make them feel full, nurtured and enjoy.
Her passion and satisfaction lies in feeding the people well with love, joy and honor.
