The payment schedule
100 USD per person is required as a Registration donation non-refundable (however can be transferred to the next course during the year) at least six weeks before from the date of course begins and balance student shall pay at the centre on arrival day. Must Arrival – 1 Day in advance to join Orientation Ceremony of Retreat program.

Meditation Retreat Rishikesh India-The Schedule
Each day begins with morning meditation, each session will last about an hour and there will be approximately 4 meditations per day. In order to relax or prepare the mind-body there will be gentle stretching or some asana or pranayama practice for few minutes between each mediation, followed by a break when ayurvedic herbal tea will be served. Meals are home-cooked with nourishing vegetarian food.
After lunch there is a period for rest before the afternoon meditations begin. Every evening there will be a lecture cum question-answer session, clarifying the philosophy behind the techniques given. Our senior teacher will share his knowledge and experience of the spiritual path and illustrating, with humour and intelligence, how we can apply these teachings to daily life.
