Session will include
– Traditional Sukshm-Sthul Vyayama
– classical Hatha Yog-asana in standing, sitting and lying position
– breathing and cleansing techniques,
– use of some ayurveda oils and herbs for better nostril breathing
– end-of-class with deep relaxation or meditation
– welcoming learning environment
– Modifications and adjustments for your body’s needs will be encouraged With an emphasis on finding the practices and approaches that work best for you.

Personal Yoga Retreat
For all levels: basic to advance
Duration: 2/3/4.5 hours
Recommendation for minimum number of sessions:10

Session includes
– Traditional Sukhama-sthul vyayama
– classical Hatha Yog-asana in standing, sitting and lying position
– Easy tools and techniques for
– breathing and cleansing techniques,
– use of ayurveda oils and herbs plus basic simple, natural, instant treatments to facilitate better breathing and postures
– end-of-class with deep relaxation or meditation
– Delicious Yoga/Ayurveda at the end of every session
– welcoming learning environment
Modifications and adjustments for your body’s needs will be encouraged. You will also gain exposure to the philosophy of yoga and nature-cure and explore them as a life practice to integrate your body, mind, and spirit with an emphasis on finding the practices and approaches that work best for you.

Personal Meditation Retreat
Duration: 2/4/6 hours per day
Recommendation for minimum number of sessions:10

The program is for the people who visits to rishikesh for a shorter period and wish to spend few hours a day to experience meditation. In this program, we explore Patanjali’s eight fold path leading to meditation and enlightment through the philosophy and psychology of classical yoga practices. We will look into the nature of mind, roots of sufferings and possibility of liberation through the blend of theory and practice.
Session includes
– simple classical Hatha Yogasana, bandhas and Mudras (hands gestures)
– breathing and cleansing techniques for cleaning the energy channels
– TTM (Tools and techniques of Meditation )
– cut through obstacles and meet your needs
– use of ayurveda oils and herbs plus basic simple, natural, instant treatments to facilitate a state of natural meditation
– Delicious Yoga/Ayurveda diet at the end of every session
– take-home practice sequence to use at home
In this program, we will explore Patanjali’s eight-limbed path leading to Meditation and enlightenment through the philosophy and psychology of classical yoga practices. Through the blend theory and practice, we will look at the nature of mind, the roots of suffering, the possibility of liberation and continue this practice on and off the mat.
